Shop for local fashion.
Problem + Goals
We all take for granted how easy it is to search for fashion on google, go to an e-commerce website, purchase our items, get them delivered to our door, and return them if they don't fit. But what about shopping for fashion in real life (IRL)? You have to go to 4-5 different stores to see if they have something similar to what you're looking for, in your size, and then try them on. The team at this shopping startup wanted to change what it meant for young, fashion conscious shoppers to be able to do IRL shopping for clothes. We worked with them to devise a name and brand, a strategy for a first of its kind shopping experience, and build their entire platform.

01. Mobile App Strategy
Shopping, IRL
Our goal from day one was to try to create an intuitive way to source items from local stores, make it easy to find them, and then contact or navigate to the store. Most especially in a walking environment like Soho, NYC. We also wanted to the brand to feel fun and light for a younger, fashion forward audience.
02. Mobile App UI/UX Design
Mobile Commerce
There are a lot of things lacking with mobile commerce and, as an industry, we have a long way to go. But we wanted to work to break down some of those barriers with an experience that lets shoppers quickly determine if a store has what they are looking for and is easy to get to.
03. Mobile App Development
Like a Local Shopify
Imagine if you could have the world's Shopify inventory at your fingertips. That's what we set out to do with this app. We developed a fully native iOS app, web dashboard/admin, and full backend hosted on AWS.
We’d love to hear about your app project.
